Accept credit card payments — deposits, copays, full charges, and no-show fees — through Apptoto’s Payments tool.

Apptoto’s Payment feature allows you to accept credit cards through Apptoto when clients book appointments with you or when they receive messages from you.

Payments are a great tool to use if you want to collect deposits, copays, or partial/full payments prior when a client books their appointment online. You can also use Apptoto’s messaging feature to collect balances via SMS or email.

Apptoto currently only supports payments in the USD currency.

Payment Processors

Apptoto currently integrates with Square and Stripe. You will have to set up an account with one of those payment providers before you can use Apptoto’s payment features. Square is our preferred vendor.
