Agenda View

Use the Agenda view to scan upcoming appointments, review participant details, and manage messages from a single screen.

Overview

The Agenda view is the default view for the Appointments tab. It displays upcoming appointments grouped by day across three columns: Appointment Info, Participant Info, and Messages.

Note

When viewing multiple calendars in this window, the account default time zone will be used to display appointment info. When viewing individual calendars, the timezone for that specific calendar will be used to display appointment info.
