Participant Extraction Blacklist

Tell Apptoto which email addresses, phone numbers, or domains to skip when extracting participants from appointments.

The participant extraction blacklist prevents Apptoto from extracting certain contacts from your calendar events. The contacts added to this list are ignored entirely and never receive messages. This is useful for internal calendar entries or staff members whose contact info may appear in appointment descriptions.

Manage this list in Messaging > Consent > Participant Extraction Blacklist.

Tip

You can blacklist an entire domain of email addresses by adding @yourcompany.com.

This prevents Apptoto from sending messages to the blacklisted email addresses and phone numbers. So if you add an email address or phone number to one of these lists, and then manually add that same email address or phone number to an appointment, Apptoto will not send messages to it.

These lists do not prevent Apptoto from sending notifications (on the Tools > Notifications tab).
