Exporting Message Data

Follow this guide to export all messages that your business has sent using Apptoto.
  1. Open the Tools > Reports tab.
  2. Find the Choose Report dropdown and select Auto Messages. Export all messages in you Apptoto account via the Tools > Report tab
  3. Leave Message Type set to All. Under the Dates field, select All Time. Select the date range you want to export message data for
  4. Click the Fields dropdown, and select all of the relevant data that you’d like to include in the export. Select Apptoto message report fields to be included in the report
  5. If you used any custom fields in your events and need to include that in the report, click Add Custom Field. Repeat this step for each custom field you would like to include. Select if you'd like to include any Apptoto custom fields on the message report apptoto report custom field name
  6. Click Export Now (.csv). Wait for Apptoto to finish generating the file, then download it from the account portal. apptoto messages report download
