The Apptoto Communicator app lets you monitor your appointments, view message history, and reply to clients directly from your phone or tablet.

What you can do in the app
Section titled “What you can do in the app”- View your upcoming appointments and their reminder statuses
- Read and respond to incoming client messages (text and email conversations)
- See message delivery history for each participant
- Get notified when a client replies to a reminder
