Payment Message Templates can be managed on the “Messaging” > “Templates” tab.
The 4 built-in message templates involved in payments are
- Basic Payment Receipt – Sent to a client whenever a charge is completed
- No-show Charge Notice – Sent whenever a no-show fee is charged to a client
- Refund Receipt – Sent whenever a refund is issued for an individual payment to a client
- Request payment for appointment – Sent to a client when a payment is needed
