Microsoft Outlook (Citrix Environment)

In a shared desktop environment such as Citrix, first add a string value named HKLM\Software\Apptoto\UseRoamingProfile with the value “true” to the registry.

Then finish the sync by following the instructions found on the “Microsoft Outlook” knowledge base article.
